It always strikes us as pointless for lawyers to pursue months of expensive and painful litigation for a client when an early, sensible compromise may be a good outcome with considerably less legal costs to pay.

We are happy to adopt either a conciliatory style or a tougher style, as appropriate to your issues. Where the going gets tough this is where our background as Courtroom lawyers becomes much more obvious. If we do need to fight for you we fight hard, but clean.
